MATCHA COCONUT PUDDING

This matcha coconut pudding is super simple, it's super easy, & it tastes awesome!!

You'll need a teaspoon of matcha powder, 1 can of coconut milk, 1 cup of egg whites, 7 packs of Knox gelatin, 11/2 cups coconut sugar, 2 cups of milk, and a few drops of coconut extract to taste.


STEP 1. Fill a pot with all 7 packs of gelatin in cold water. Mix thoroughly.

STEP 2. In very low heat, slowly heat gelatin mixture thoroughly.

STEP 3. Add sugar, coconut milk, sugar, milk, matcha powder then bring to a boil.

STEP 4. Beat egg whites until thick.

STEP 5. Add the egg white to the mixture in the pot.

STEP 6. Let the pudding sit to cool then put it in the fridge. Let it sit overnight.
